I didn’t always know that my pain had a purpose.
For years, I carried the weight of silence; fear, trauma, disappointment, and the heavy burden of life’s demands. I was a woman in leadership, yes. A pastor. A coach. A mother. A writer. But inside, I was struggling.
I felt silenced by circumstances I couldn’t control. Separated from the joy and peace I once knew. Oppressed by expectations, both from others and from myself. And burdened by the belief that I had to carry it all alone.
But God had other plans.
Through my own journey of healing, I discovered that my story; messy, painful, and imperfect as it was; had power. It wasn’t something to hide. It was something to steward. And as I stepped into my own healing, I realized that my calling was not just to survive my story, but to use it to help other women rise from theirs.
What I Believe
I believe that every woman has a voice worth hearing.
I believe that your story; no matter how broken it feels right now; is not your shame. It is your strength.
I believe that healing is not a luxury. It is a necessity. And it is your birthright.
I believe that you were not created to be silenced, separated, or burdened. You were created to rise, to lead, and to thrive.
My Mission
My mission is simple: to be a safe place for women who are ready to heal.
I created Transcend Life Coaching to be more than a coaching program. It is a sanctuary. A space where women can bring their whole selves; pain, dreams, fears, and all; and know that they are seen, safe, and valued.
Through the Rise and Thrive program, I help women find their voice, heal from their past, and step into the fullness of who God created them to be. We don’t rush the process. We honor it. Because transformation is not a destination; it is a journey. And I am honored to walk it with you.
“I am not just a coach who talks about resilience. I am a woman who has lived it.”
I am deeply inspired by women like Pastor Juanita Bynum and Kris Reece; women who have used their own stories of pain and transformation to create space for others to heal. Their courage to speak truth, to be vulnerable, and to lead with both strength and compassion has shaped the way I serve women today.
If you are ready to stop carrying the weight alone, if you are ready to heal from the ashes and step into the life you were created for; I am here. Not as someone who has all the answers, but as someone who has walked the road and knows the way forward.
Your voice matters. Your story matters. And you matter.
